Rules of game

The contest

In MyGPTeam a midweek competition is present which involve all the teams registered to the game.
This competition takes place in the following way:
- During contest updatings, the committee draws lots for a circuit among those existing where the contest of the week takes place. To choose tyres you have to consider the weather in the circuit of the week (excluded that of qualifications and race which is apart). In fact, the weather indicated with "Weather test/contest" in the circuit page is the weather of the week that you have to use for tests or for the contest.
- Besides the circuit can be drawn the following additional rules:

Driver's minimum age limit: if drawn, only drivers with age older or equal to specified age will be considered.
Driver's maximum age limit: if drawn, only drivers with age lower or equal to specified age will be considered.
Driver's Country limit: if drawn, only drivers with specified Country will be considered.
Component minimum skill limit: if drawn, only components with the skill higher or equal to the specified skill will be considered.
Component maximum skill limit: if drawn, only components with the skill lower or equal to the specified skill will be considered.

- All teams who want to take part in the contest have to do one or more test sessions on the drawn circuit respecting the weekly rules. Testing the contest circuit is free. If the time is very low it will be probably included in the classification. For each team the best time among those who are also registered with different drivers are included in the classification.
- On subsequent contest updating the classification is examined and prizes are awarded.

In detail, classifications are organised as follows:
Formulas 1-2: are considered a unique formula and the first five times are included in classification.
Following formulas: for each formula the best ten times are considered.

Prizes are redistributed as follows:

Formula 1-2:
The first 5 teams receive prizes.
The winner gets 50.000 € plus additional 50.000 € for every limitation drawn, starting from the second one.
This means:
- 1 limitation = 50.000 €;
- 2 limitations = 100.000 €;
- 3 limitations = 150.000 € etc.
For the following positions, the prize is reduced by a factor of 1/5 compared to the one got by the winner.
This means:
- 1 limitation = 40.000 € for the second, 30.000 € for the third etc.
- 2 limitations = 80.000 € for the second, 60.000 € for the third etc.
- 3 limitations = 120.000 € for the second, 90.000 € for the third etc.

Formula 3:
The first 10 teams receive prizes.
The winner gets 40.000 € plus additional 40.000 € for every limitation drawn, starting from the second one.
This means:
- 1 limitation = 40.000 €;
- 2 limitations = 80.000 €;
- 3 limitations = 120.000 € etc.
For the following positions, the prize is reduced by a factor of 1/10 compared to the one got by the winner.
This means:
- 1 limitation = 36.000 € for the second, 32.000 € for the third etc.
- 2 limitations = 72.000 € for the second, 64.000 € for the third etc.
- 3 limitations = 108.000 € for the second, 96.000 € for the third etc.

Formula 4-5:
The same logic as the Formula 3 is applied, but the winner, in case one limitation is drawn, gets 30.000 € in F4 and 20.000 € in F5.

Following formulas:
The same logic as the Formula 3 is applied, but the winner, in case one limitation is drawn, gets 10.000 €.
